Don't walk, RUN away from this place.
First, there is no easy Metro ride to Dreaming Naples. You must transfer. It is not close to the train station, but is only a five-minute walk to the marina area. My traveling companions and I were incredibly uncomfortable on the metro and the walk to the hostel.
When we arrived, the room was not clean. When it was finally cleaned, they left dirty underwear in one of our beds. The bathroom was never clean — it was full of dirty Pompeii dust. The bathroom is also shared — no matter what the ad says.
Our room included three beds and an uncomfortable hospital-like cot. There was no breeze so it was unbearably hot. The hot water heater is not nearly sufficient for the number of guests staying there.
The staff...oh, the staff. They (like most hostels) will take your passport for the duration of the stay. However, on our second to last day a couple of Canadian girls could not find the management in order to get their passports back before they had to catch a train. We are pretty sure that "manager" who stays at the apartment was high most of the time. PAY UP FRONT so you can keep your passports.
Also, it's a "Bed" but not a "Bed and BREAKFAST." Breakfast (not included) consists of waking the manager up out of her drunken stupor after noon and going to her apartment for whatever she has available that morning. Guests we met that paid extra for the breakfast (an option when you arrive) never received their breakfasts.
There are many nicer areas of Naples. Check them out. DON'T STAY HERE!
