We have stayed here three times. the staff are very friendly and very helpful. we have made many Maltese friends who we keep in touch with. we will be coming back in October '07 -- we will be bringing my mum with who has never been to Malta and she will celebrate her birthday while in Malta.
I stayed at this hotel between the 10th and 24th of February 2005. I found the rooms to be very drab, the food was very poor, most of the guests were complaining. The couple I went with refused to unpack, and in the end they paid for a room upgrade. Quite a few people refused to stay at the Hotel Primera, and so were given rooms in other hotels.
My wife and I and my children have stayed at the Primera 3 times now, and are hopeing to return in summer, 2005. The hospitality of the staff is excellent. The catering is first-class. See you all soon in summer. God bless you all.
My wife and I have visited Malta for many years. Most of the time we have stayed in Bugibba, and the Primera has been our port of call. We are coming back this year, June, 2004, to see our friends and staff at the hotel. It's like a second home to us.
I stayed at the Primera in October this year, having previously stayed there in September 2002. The staff remembered me! Hope to return there for New Year.
My wife and I have stayed here many times. We even had our 40th wedding anniversary there at the Primera. It's a great family run hotel and the staff are excellent, kind, and understanding and the best in Bugibba. Well done, keep it up. See you all again in 2004.
