The best location you can get, the cheapest price you can get, but ... This location is ideal, and the price can't be beat, but the place is being renovated and doesn't look like it will be finished any time soon, so expect a construction site atmosphere, with ladders and junk all over the place. The kitchen has facilities, but isn't pleasant -- dirty and full of work stuff. The shower is excellent, just leaks all over the floor. The toilets work and are new. I was lucky to have the "best" room, with new beds from Ikea and clean sheets and blankets. Besides this room, most of them were very run down. The manager of the place makes the whole atmosphere seem more like you are visiting an old school friend from the past rather than paying for a hostel. He is friendly and welcoming and tries his best to have the place run smoothly, even if he is off in Finland getting his visa for Russia renewed. They sometimes party until late, with lots of cigarettes and alcohol, so if this is not your thing, beware. I had a good experience, but i am not picky and wanted a good location for a very fair price, and that's exactly what I got.
