Facilties ok, service really bad The facilities at Peter Pan are ok. However service is another thing. We had a reservation with enough time to have a relaxing day at the swimming pool, however it was closed for maintenance. Who does that mid-summer during high season? So we wanted to leave a day earlier to go somewhere else with a swimming pool. However we did not get our money back, because we had a reservation for a room and according to them not for a swimming pool. That might be correct, but the choice for the hostal was certainly based on that. We expected a little of understanding for our case, but don't think that is known to the ladies of Peter Pan. So one advice, don't pay for the full stay upon check-in. Standing in front of the reception is not enough to get the attention of the personal behind it, you still have say something to get their attention. Understanding and speaking english is only the case when convenient for them. Air conditioning in the dorms is only available from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. So by the time the room is cooled down it is almost morning. Bathrooms are cleaned in the morning at the time that you need them, thinking along with your clients apparently is unknown to Peter Pan. — Ward , Holland (2010-01-08)
