STRANGE There is a webcam in the dorm and the owner knows when you sleep. The 12 bed dorm room is free for all access with a PC in it and his son runs around the room. The boss is a nice fella, he's very informative and the wine is free and it's quite good. Make up your own mind. Very nice owner and great rooms! Ruca-Potu has a really nice owner, who's willing to go through a lot of trouble to help his guests have a great stay. For example he gave us a spontaneous lift to the bus station, when we hadn't left on time and were worried about missing our bus. We stayed in a private room for two, and it looked more like a hotel room than a hostel room -- it was big, it had a small private patio and a large TV! The air conditioning was also very effective, which is vital in Mendoza in the summer. And there really was free wine like they say in the ad. — Maria , Finland (2008-01-10)
