Warm staff, reasonably priced, a bit chilly in the winter. I enjoyed the relaxed community feeling in the group dining area. Warm staff. I went two years ago and hope to return this year for three weeks. — loretta peck , USA (2009-06-16) Bedbugs plus Noise plus Dirty equals bad, overpriced hostel this is the place you do not want to stay. the one good thing about the hostel is its location. however, for the same price, there is a hotel across the street that is a hundred times better. We got bitten by bedbugs. There was construction outside our window at 3 a.m. (the windows and walls are extremely thin). The shower/bathroom was disgusting, dirty, and smelly. The entire room smelled like the sewer. (apparently, they have sewer problems). They give you one hand towel and a sheet to sleep on. Literally the worst night's sleep I have ever had. We switched to the hotel across the street and that was the best move we ever made. — Sharona , England (2008-07-29) Terrific Relatively cheap, free internet, clean, and located right in the middle of the New City across the street from the Ben Yehuda pedestrian mall with hundreds of shops and restaurants. Staff was terrific; very helpful and accommodating. Only potential con is that it's located a bit of a walk from much of the touristy sites which lie in the Old City. — Eric , U.S. (2008-01-27)
