I've stayed here twice and I'd say it's a great bargain. Facilities were very clean and you can get most of the benefits of a motel room at a budget price. Great for a single traveler or a couple, probably less good with a large group (didn't use the communal facilities myself). Host was a bit odd, but fine if you don't want to be sociable.
