The B&B is ideally located in the heart of Venice in Cannaregio district in a historical building with private court yard and ancient well.
It is very close to the major waterbus stops and the famous places such as Rialto Bridge, St. Mark’s Square, Museums and Art Galleries, as well as restaurants, bars, grocery stores and shopping areas.

My house is quiet, comfortable and clean. The generously sized bedrooms are carefully decorated to give you a comfortable stay. Some of them has the canal view.

The reception is on appointment, therefore you must comunicate your time of arrival.
For arrivals after 8 pm is applied an extra charge of Euro 20.

• From Santa Lucia railway station you can either walk to my place or take the waterbus to the closest boat station.
• IF YOU WALK FROM THE STATION:
• Out of the station take left into main road 'Lista di Spagna' where all shops are. Keep on going straight ahead, you have to cross 5 bridges to reach 'Strada Nuova' and get in 'Campo Santi Apostoli', the only square (Campo means square) with trees and . At this square turn right and cross the bridge, follow the road until you find 'Clarks’ shoe shop, turn at the corner into 'Salizada San Cancian' walk until the end of the road to a little square ‘Campo San Canzian' where you find the Church on left and 'Dolceamaro' tea/pottery store on right. walk in between, follow left 'Calle Crosetta' and take the second lane toyour left again ' Calle Moretti'. My door is the last one at nr. 5508.
• BY WATERBUS:
• From railway station, take the waterbus ACTV line 1 to Rialto. Get off at Cà d'Oro boat station (4th stop), walk out the passage, turn right into main road 'Strada Nuova' and walk forward 'Campo Santi Apostoli' than follow as above.
