The day is done. Beneath the stars the spoils of the hunt are set before you, seasoned and tender, roasting on the spit betwixt the pools where famished after a lazy day, you await.
Mapenzi
Means beloved in Swahili and like true love, we open our arms to you 24/7, offering you cool refreshments, tantalizing cocktails, or hot, heady potions of liquor to your hearts content. Live entertainment under a diamond studded sky to soothe the savage breast come nightfall.
Upepo
Means wind in Swahili. Travel back in time on the wind, floating lazily like the old Arab dhows upon the tide. The Upepo pool swim-up bar overlooking the Indian Ocean makes sure your sails are forever billowing!
Baraza
Traditionally, Baraza is the sitting area outside of a Swahili home. It is also a meeting place. Mid-morning to night as befitting royalty, you may retreat to Baraza, our two-story beach bar - it is an unfettered heaven of peace and tranquility standing upon powder white sands. The palms will fan you, the waves lull you, the view astound you and we… we will quench your thirst for more!
Coco
The open-air Coco restaurant sits serenely atop a cliff. Here, like royalty, you may view your domain from aloft, picking on a light lunch of pizza, steak, chicken in a basket, the can't-do-without burger, or partake of our high tea.
Activities
Not one, but four free-form swimming pools, one of which seemingly flows out to sea and eternity beyond. A Jacuzzi - in which one might wallow or frolic. A state of the art, fully equipped gym for the body and health conscience is also at your disposal. Table tennis, pool table, darts and beach volleyball for those that prefer to be physically challenged and for the less sporty but young at heart patrons, one can shake a leg or do a little jig to the evening entertainment.
