Stayed two nights with a large church group — 12 youth and 10 adults. Males were in one room, females in another. Friendly staff, with moderate English-speaking ability. It stayed open late to receive us with prior arrangement. Very clean rooms and bath facilities. Bed linen is available for about 3 euros extra. EXTREMELY convenient location to city center and historical sites. It's a little hard to find in the middle of the night. It's best if you pull up in right front of the Schlosskirche and walk into courtyard, then take the stairs to your right. Then figure out how to get your cars around to the parking lot. We plan to stay there again if we take another group.
