The Hostelz.com Review
An average, medium-sized HI hostel. There is a common area with tables and a TV but most people just hang out on the front porch. The bathrooms have all the right features (private showers, good lighting, power outlets), but they haven't aged well and they aren't very pretty to look at. Big lockers are provided in the rooms, and they would be big enough for a backpack if they didn't have shelves installed in them. The location is a few blocks from one of the main beaches and a 10-15 minute walk to the center part of town. The last buses to/from transit stations and other areas stop running in the evening at 10 PM, with some routes stopping as early as 7 PM.

Hostelz.com Guest Reviews
3  Not too far out of town, kitchen very handy with fridge and all utensils, nearby to shopping center. Showers not the prettiest in the world but water is hot and pressure is good so no major concerns. Worst part is curfew (home by 4 a.m. and out by 10 a.m. then opens back up at 3 p.m.). No bookings allowed but they normally have room. Breakfast is fine too. Free internet is adequate for email and browsing. Staff are friendly and helpful. Lockers are a bit annoying -- you have to unpack things onto the shelves before you can fit your bag in there.  ()
3  Nice place, but it's very sad that they don't make reservations, also the 18 people dorms are bad if u want to sleep enough after a hard fiesta. Nice staff.  ()
