Mountain Huangshan International Hot Springs Youth Hostel is located at the central area of Huangshan scenic spot. It is only 1KM away from the railway station and long distance bus interchange, while only 6 kms from the airport.
The Huangshan area includes two famous world heritage sights - Mount Huangshan and Ancient Villages in Southern Anhui, Xidi and Hongcun.
Mountain Huangshan known as 'the loveliest mountain of China', was acclaimed through art and literature during a good part of Chinese history. Today it holds the same fascination for visitors, poets, painters and photographers who come on pilgrimage to the site, which is renowned for its magnificent scenery made up of many granite peaks and rocks emerging out of a sea of clouds.
Even the local cuisine of Huangshan is among the 8 most famous cuisines according to Chinese food culture.

If you chose this hostel because of its place, forget about it. It's about three kilometers away from the Hotsprings area, it's a rundown house with dirty rooms, chinese bathrooms, and dirty sheets. The old hostel was situated in the hot springs area, but it closed and the new one is in Tangkou town, far away from the bus stations. I was very disappointed! — Melanie (2006-11-10)
