Located less than three hundred kilometers from Mexico City is the university town of Jalapa (Xalapa), Mexico. More specifically, many of the schools here are focused on the arts; with this in mind, the city offers visitors a large number of art galleries, theatres, and museums to explore. Most of the activities and things to do in Jalapa revolve around education. There are seven notable museums, including the Museum of Anthropology, The Interactive Museum, and the Museum of Xalapa.
