Bidea Hostel is a great hostel with amazing staff.
The Location
When getting dropped off by the bus, it is about five blocks' walking south. It's very easy to find, a couple blocks from the center of town. The building is green and blue and very easy to find, right on the corner of the street. If heading to Salento, it is only three blocks away from Jeep transportation. Parking on the street is not a problem here either.
Rooms and Bathrooms
Dorm rooms and private rooms are kept very clean. There is only small dorms available, which means there is a lot of room to keep stuff. The hostel was not full ever during our stay, so the dorms are a great decision if you want to save money and not be packed full of people. There are dorms with six beds, and four beds. There are a couple private rooms -- one with twin beds and one with a double bed including bathroom -- and they are building another whole part onto this hostel to make more. Some of the private rooms have a small balcony, but there's not much to see. Bathrooms are kept very clean.
Common Spaces
There are five common rooms. One is a guitar room with two couches, and on the lower level. The table and chairs for six people total is in the next area, and free coffee and tea all day. The second area is on the lower level and is the smoking area, which is not great due to the fact it is right under all the other rooms and common area as well as private bathroom. On the second floor, there is a table and two chairs to relax in, as well as a second kitchen with basic utensils and pots/pans. On the third level, there is a table with two chairs, as well as a TV room with a couch. There are a lot of common area in this hostel and very spread out.
Summary
Overall, this is a great hostel that's very clean and run by amazing people. The only bad thing would be the smoking area being under a lot of the other areas -- if you're not a smoker, this is not great. Also, the Wi-Fi doesn't work anywhere but the smoking area, but was getting fixed during our stay. The rest of the hostel is great -- breakfast includes two buns with mixed fruit, butter, and jams. They have a lot of information regarding free and paid things to do, as well as information on volunteering at this hostel.

Buses from Armenia stop just in front of our hostel and buses from Pereira stop just one block from the main square. To reach our hostel you need to walk to the main square and then turn onto Calle 7 and walk two blocks. We are on the corner with Carrera 3.
