If you're coming from the airport, you can either take a taxi from there to here (faster but more expensive, arround 120k) or you can take a taxi from the airport to the Mercado Publico's bus stop and from there take a bus to get here, there're buses leaving every 10 minutes (cheapest way, arround 6-7k) the person that collects the money will ask you where is your stop, simply tell him: 'Origen Hostel in Maya Verde'. He'll know then and leave you right at the beginning of the path, you'll see the signs right there. Take the path that leads to the river, where you can take the hanging bridge to your left or simply cross the river to refresh your feet. As soon as you cross the river (or the hanging bridge) you'll see the path to the right, with signs all along the way, 5 minutes later, you'll be here receiving a warm welcome from all of us.
