All bookings with us include pickup and dropoff, just send us a message with your arrival location and time and we'll come get you! But just incase that doesn't work out, we're right in-between the Hakuba train station and the Happo bus terminal, about 10 minutes walk from both. If you're arriving at the train station you'll need to walk directly up the hill towards ski resorts, and if you're at the bus terminal you'll need to walk down hill. The building has a huge silver observatory on the roof, you can't miss it!
