Garden House has two areas one of which is built with old adobe and tile, which was remodeled preserving its architectural features, the other new area is built with local materials such as brick, tile and wood. The main facade is colonial, with vertical windows from floor to ceiling with two wings doors in wood, consists of two levels, the upper floor is provided with balconies and terraces
The Garden House is an ecological project where you implemented some sustainable ideas like having spaces to harness sunlight and ventilation, and use thermal materials like clay and wood to create a more comfortable temperature, similarly rainwater is used in landscaping services and function as collection surfaces and infiltration of rainwater. Similarly waste is minimized and separated to use organic and composting.

• Located 8 blocks east of Central Park, 6 blocks from the Coffee Museum, 17 blocks from the park and museum of the marimba, 3 blocks west of the cultural center "Jaime Sabines" and 7 blocks from the Museum of Paleontology and Garden botanical.
• Since the OCC bus terminal, take a bus or taxi on 5th Avenue North east direction until you reach the 5th Street east and turn right, along which the 2nd Avenue North and turn left and walk four blocks if on foot or ask the taxi driver to turn left at 1 north avenue to find the 9th street east and turn left and go back down the avenue the 2nd north to find the number 949 avenue on the 2nd north where there is a garden with palm trees.
