The Spica is a guest house in Kandy, about 1.5 to 2 KM from the city center, providing clean and comfortable rooms. We also provide all general requirements and assistance that our guests require and aspire to make their tour of Sri Lanka, a great success.e.g. planning and execution of tours, assistance to book reservations in other stations, meals, packed meals, excursion tours etc.
The Spica is a quiet place located on a hill with a panoramic view, away from the noise and bustle of the city but yet close enough to walk down in about 20 minutes or for the fitter guests walk up. The Spica is easily accessible by a 3 wheeler taxi for about Rs.150.00 to Rs.300 from the city area.

1 twin room en suite, private,not air conditioned on ground floor.
02 twin rooms en suite,, private with access to balconies, on first floor. Can be booked non a/c. If a/c is required, will be charged an extra Rs.1000.00 per room.
1 twin room large en suite, private, non a/c on first floor.
1 triple room ensuite, private, on first floor. Can be booked non a/c. If a/c is required
will be charged an extra Rs.1200.00.

• From the airport.
• 1. Take bus or taxi to the bus stand at Katunayake (2KM). Take the intercity bus to Kandy. 2. Hire our vehicle which can be prearranged.
• 3. Hire a vehicle from the airport to Kandy and follow the route map provided in this website.
• 4. Keep in touch with the Spica by telephone.
• 5. Guests will be met only at the airport if our vehicles are requested for pick up.
• At Kandy:
• Geo Coordinates 7.302699 N 80.629303 E. Google Earth map link is maps.google/maps/ms?ieUTF8&hlen&msa0&msid112899291253411052328.000486d7a5c463817ad15&ll7.302709,80.629306&spn0,0&th&sourceembed. Easiest: Hire a 3 wheeler taxi. Bus: Take any bus to "MAPANAWATURA" or "ANNIEWATTA" from the Kandy local bus stand in front of the clock tower. Take a ticket to Asgiriya Junction. Just there is a road named Sri Dhammasiddhi Mawatha. Go along this road 700M. Turn left uphill in front of "Punchi Kade" boutique (Spica sign board on the left hillock) and proceed 250M to the end, to find the Spica.
