I stayed in this hostel for 4 nights and it was amazing. Clean, cozy.

Liked -- Centrally located, just about 5 minutes on foot from Plaza de Catalunya, las Ramblas, underground and train stations, but nevertheless very, very quiet (the common area is separated from bedrooms with a heavy, almost soundproof door) and safe. Everything is squeaky clean (and I am demanding when it comes to that), bathrooms have a private feel and there is just the right number of them, I never had to wait although the hostel was almost full. Free computers, tea, and coffee. The staff will give you some nice info about Barcelona, where to eat (try Bosque Palermo!), how to get discounts. A reasonable place in the center of Barcelona, there are three cafs downstairs for breakfast. I didn't hang out in the social area of the Hostel much. But it seemed a nice atmosphere. Also I learned that this was a "legal" hostel while there seem to be many hostels in Barcelona with no permit.

I like this hostel, dorm of six which is not too crowded, good location to access history of barcelona. Really recommend this place.
