• From San Jose by car or taxi:
• Take the San José–Caldera Highway (CR27) west to Orotina. Just past the toll booth at Pavón, this road connects with the Costanera Sur (CR34), or Southern Coastal Highway. The exit is marked for Jacó and CR34. From here, it’s a straight and flat shot down the coast to Quepos and Manuel Antonio.
• From San Jose by bus:
• Buses to Manuel Antonio leave San José regularly throughout the day between 6am and 7:30pm from Calle 5 between avenidas 18 and 20 And The new 710 Terminal. Trip duration is around 3 hours. These buses go all the way to the park entrance and will drop you off at any of the hotels along the way.
