• The airports Riga and Tallinn are 180 km and 280 km away. We recommend to travel through Riga because public transport to Valga is more convenient.
• For guests from Western Europe the 'classical' land route is like this:
• Berlin - Frankfurt/Oder - Poznan - direction towards Warsaw. At Kutno turn northward towards Augustow and Suwalki. Cross the border to Lithuania: Kaunas, Panevezys and into Latvia. Take the ring road of Riga and follow the highway to Pleskava till the exit towards Valmiera. The border crossing point into Estonia is at Valka/Valga.
• From Jaani Kirik in Valga take Kuperjanovi street, cross the traffic lights towards TAMBRE, cross the railway and follow the forest road for 16 kilometers. Cross VÄIKE-EMAJÕGI, turn right after the bridge and follow the sign posts.
• There is a bus line Valga - Antsla three times a day. It leaves at Valga station. Get off at 'Iigaste tee' and follow the sign posts.
• If you take the Valga-Otepää bus, get off at Laatre. It is 6 kilometres to the farm.
