You will almost certainly arrive to Leon at the Terminal Bus Station. From there take a taxi. Tell the driver that you are going to Hospital Heodra, Emergencias. We are across the street. The taxi price is fixed within the city at 30 Cordobas per person. Do not be surprised if the driver takes on another passenger along your route, this is normal in Nicaragua. You may also take a Caponera (bicycle taxi), I think they are fun but they will try to overcharge you so you will need to haggle. Do not pay more than 50 Cordobas. 30 Cordobas per person
