• From Panama City: Go to Albrook Buses Terminal. Buses you can take: San Carlos, Santiago, Aguadulce. The last two make less stops during the way. Tell them to drop you in the entrance of ''Playa El Plamar''.
• The entrance of Playa El Palmar is in front of ''MINI MARKET -EL NANCE-''. Once you're there it will be a 8 to 10 minutes walk until the hostel. Find us on Waze or Google Maps.
