• Main Bus Station (5-7mins) & Karlovac Centar Train Station (6-8mins)
• Note: The main bus station and Karlovac Centar train station are directly across the road from each other. Upon exiting your bus or train, walk to the traffic lights on the side of the station you see the red and white chimney. You must go right on to Ul. Kralja Tomislava. Walk approx. 100m and take the first left (you will see a Konzum store on that street).
• Walk down that street, it will curve to the right and eventually you will come to a junction with a little roundabout in the centre. Across the road you will see a newspaper kiosk, cross to that side of the street and walk past it down the main street (don't go on the park side) This is Trg bana Petra Zrinskog. We are in the 2nd yard after the kiosk (Approx 50m away) Look out for our 'HOSTEL' sign over the big gates - you'll more than likely see a pink sign for a store called "VIKTOR" first.
• Karlovac Main Train Station 12-15mins
• *Tip* Before you take your train: check if it stops at both the main train station and the 'Centar' station. The 'Centar' station is closer to the us and the city centre.
• Karlovac' older main train station is 1km north of the city centre. Outside the station you must take the pedestrian underpass under the road and you will emerge on the other side. Walk up the nearby steps to the highway again and walk south towards the red and white chimney you see in the distance.
• After crossing the river Kupa bridge you will eventually come to an overpass. Do not cross the over pass. You must take the steps you see down to the footpath below. Walk left, away from the overpass and eventually you will come to a junction with a little roundabout in the centre.
• Across the road you will see a newspaper kiosk, cross to that side of the street and walk left down the main street. This is Trg bana Petra Zrinskog. We are in the 2nd yard after the kiosk (Approx 50m away) Look out for our 'HOSTEL' sign over the big gates - you'll more than likely see a pink sign for a store called "VIKTOR" first.
