we found the hotel to be clean, but that was all the good comments we had about the place. We went all inclusive but on the first morning all four adults ordered full english breakfasts, which were all cremated. The lunchtime menu consisted of the same cheese single and onion or ham toasted sandwich and chips each day. The evening meal was so disgusting we had to have omelets each night. Myself I think it would have been ok just bed and breakfast. Apparently they have ramps for
wheelchair access, not that anyone bothered to let us know -- they just
watched us struggle with the chair everyday. They told the Holiday Company that they asked if we would need the ramps but we had declined, truth is we never knew they existed. They also told the Holiday Company that we were offered different food, usually you could not find a member of staff to serve you drinks and if you did it was as if you were begging. Complaining to the Holiday Company when you come home was a joke as the hotel is not very truthful. Also the Holiday Company Chevron are not ABTA members so forget complaining.
