'I vespri' is our small but particularly comfortable budget rooms , in an old palace building, in the beautiful town centre of Catania. Its position is very favourable as it is near the main establishments of cultural events and night-life entertainment in Catania.
We are just 10 minutes from the wonderful Catania beach and just one hour to the adventurous Vulcano Etna! The hotel has been recently restored and offers you spacious, clean and bright accommodation. Shared Kitchen available.

The jovial and cordial staff, besides giving you a friendly welcome, can give you information about excursions and traveling in the area.
About restaurant:;
the restaurant is very near to the hotel,5 minutes walking,it is a typical little restaurant with all typical Sicilian food,you can eat fresh fish or meat and we speak English.
Our other services are include free CALL taxi (please contact us in advance for this), free luggage deposit, free town-centre map, internet point as well as laundry service.

Penalty for cancellation
The credit card of the clients is only of guarantee of booking and the payment in the hotel is accepted by credit card or bancomat and cash.
The first night will be withdrawn from the credit card if the customer don't cancel his booking . It must be done at least 48 hours prior to arrival.

No Elevator and a few steps to take until you reach the reception. Air Conditioning is missing in bathroom, which is very small (shared one). Floor ist wet after showering. Rubish in shower wasnt removed for 3 days. Staff is very kind and helpfull. They booked our trip to the vulcano. tea and coffe included but no breakfast. central located all sights are around the hostel. try pizza downstaires - its awesome!

Liked: the room was really nice and reasonably priced. they have a laundry service if you want to take advantage of it which was really handy. the staff here were really lovely and you are gonna love southern italy for how cheap it is!!! Disliked: Cristina left no negative feedback.

Very charming. Staff is not always there but very helpful when they are. Great location, few steps off the main street and in the middle of absolutely everything. The only problem we had was when the windows were opened there were always huge flies buzzing in and out and impossible to get rid of at night.

A very helpful staff and swift replies to the mails sent before arrival. Clean rooms, possibility of air-conditioning, but also good ventilation with only a fan for a slightly lesser price. Perfect placement right next to the most important street of Catania.

• How can you reach us• From the Airport by 'Alibus'
• Easy! Just go outside the Arrival Terminal and wait for the 'Alibus'. Before entering the bus, buy your ticket at the box near the bus-stop: it�s only � 0.80 !! In 15 minutes you will arrive to the centre of Catania. Then, stop at Piazza Stesicoro, go towards Piazza Duomo through Via Etnea and just turn left in Via Montesano: there we are! From 5:00 am till 24:00 buses will be available for you every 20 minutes.
• From the Central Station by bus:
• Our hotel is only 1,3 km. far from the Central Station, so reaching us will be very easy! As you go out from the Station you will find several buses waiting for you: 1/4, 4/7, 535, 334 or 2/5. Stop at Piazza Stesicoro, go towards Piazza Duomo through Via Etnea and just turn left in Via Montesano.
• Tickets can be bought at the station, for only euro 1.00
• Buses are available from 5.00 until 24:00
• airport shuttle transfer euro 20.00 only by reservation.
