I didnt like this hostel. I stayed in a very small room with two beds alone (for someone that is travelling alone, it was terrible, I couldnt meet anyone). The room was to warm and not good ventilated (but it was colorful and good decorated).
The bathroom was ok, but there was no shower, just a bathtub with a shower thing, and we had to wash ourselves standing and in the end there was water all around in the floor.
About the staff, just one person could speak english and was friendly. The others couldnt speak english and were kind of irritated that I couldnt speak italian.
Breakfast is not included. I decided that to pay 3 euros for the breakfast, and expected, as it is also a normal hotel, that it would be good: not at all. There were just some little toasts packages, butter, orange juice with a lot of water and a little piece of cake. For this price I could get a better breakfast somewhere else.
I wouldnt recommend this hostel to anyone.

Liked: Good and beautiful location. Very very good staff!! They helped me a lot to organize my journey. With the keys to find a shuttle bus in the night! Didn't like: Nothing. Maybe the walls are to thin and I hear the other rooms. Power strips might be good to include.

Liked: A beautiful quirky building. We got upgraded to a private room on arrival that had Internet access. We were the only people on our floor and so enjoyed the shared bathroom to ourselves. The reception staff were very helpful giving pointers on where to go and what to see in the city. Overall it was an excellent experience. Didn't like: The beds could have been better. One was an old camp bed that sagged drastically in the centre. The other was very soft (but if you like that sort of thing....) but really we were very happy with our stay.
