Hotel from hell, everything is dirty and/or broken. Breakfast is a joke. This is absolutely not a three-star hotel.

Room was dirty, sheets changed but underneath the sheets, I found dirty mattrass cover, hairs, stains, pillows stained and smelly (cigarette smoke). Carpet dirty, bed covers covered in cigarette burns; very small rooms, chair slashed with knife(?) repaint job a mess. Shower curtain filthy, furniture with cigarette burns, inside draws also, obviously used as ashtrays. Underneath mattrass, sweaty stains, very noisy. No service, breakfast a real mess, chipped cups, hardly no choice, cups in cardborad boxes. I thought they were closing the palce down. My friend and I ran away but are trying to get a refund for what we had to pay, not worth even half the rate! Don't go there, it's disgusting.

Hotel is very well situated. We found that they were not sensitive to the needs of the visitors.

On our arrival (a couple) we were given a single room instead of a double room. At first we thought that this is the normal standard of the hotel, needless to say very uncomfortable to accommodate two people), only to discover later at night that we were given the wrong room. When we asked to be moved to a double room immediately we were refused with the excuse that the hotel is fully booked. What amazes me is that we pre-booked and pre-payed through an agent. We were not compensated. We hardly slept that night! Why wasn't the room booked for us vacant. Why weren't we refunded for the difference in rooms. Only later the following day were we transferred to a double room. Needless to say how inconvenient and unnecessary all this was. Everything would have been forgivable had staff given us the feeling that they were sorry for the inconvenience they put us through. The feeling transferred to us was that we were to blame for this mistake. The rooms have the potential to serve the visitor for his needs, but there wasn't a plug for the bath, the toilet seat had not been cleaned from the previous visitor, there wasn't a chair to sit on, I had to turn the light bulb in order for it to work, the room faces directly to the street the curtain barely covers the window in order to have a bit of privacy. We were told on booking that we were to have a bar in the room, to which were given the answer, "in the single room there is a bar."
