One hundred year old farmhouse in a scenic location in North Kerry overlooking the river Shannon. One KLM.from Tarbert and three klm. from the Shannon Ferry Terminal. 15 minutes by
car from Listowel and a half hour drive from Ballybunion. There are many fine walks in the
area to suit every taste through woodlands riverside and hills.There is much heritage
history and many old buildings such as Castles Abbeys and Churches within 10 miles of our house.There are many sandy beaches between Tarbert and Ballybunion and if the weaather is good many people swim there. Our House is convenient for visiting Counties Kerry, Clare &
Limerick. Approx 50 miles to Dingle or Killarney 36 miles to Limerick City. If
you cross to Clare on the Ferry you will just have an hours drive to the Cliffs Of Moher.
We have been in the tourist accomadation business for 35 years and always do everything to
make our guests feel at home. The House has been kept in good condition with all mod. cons.
All rooms are ensuite and tastefully decorated. We have shrubs flowers and gardens and trees
on our property. I am a traditional musician and would be happy to share a song or a tune
with people who would be interested. There are Pubs, Restaurants and Takeaways in the
village and visitors are always welcome.

• When you reach Tarbert follow the sign for Listowel for 1 Klm. and look for the sign at
• our road gate reading Dillanes Farmhouse.You could just follow the Car Ferry signs which
• will also bring you to Tarbert.
