Enjoyed my stay

I stayed at the West End hotel last year for a duration of 4 days and 3 nights. On entering the hotel, I was welcomed by the gate keeper and by all the staff members as well. I approached the receptionist and she addressed me politely and smiled while hearing my request. She assigned me the room as per my budget and requirements and the bell boy took care of my luggage while guiding me to the room I paid for. The room allocated to me was spacious and the arrangements were perfect. I checked the room completely before checking in and checked the bathroom as well for cleanliness and the accessories I required and the room was as per my expectations. The bell boy kept my luggage inside the room and I gave him a tip for which he thanked me. I entered the room and started arranging my things and there was a table where I could set all my things easily. The room was cleaned well and arranged neatly with the bed covers, pillows and chairs absolutely free of dirt and stains. The view from the room was amazing and I could see the city clearly from my room. The curtains were pretty ordinary but still they added to the feeling and look of the room. I found the beds to be quite soft and I relaxed on these beds and got sleep almost instantly. I ordered food by calling the room service and the food was delivered within 30 minutes to my room. The prices of the menu items were reasonably and the taste of the food items we ordered were as expected. The food was delicious and appetizing as well. We got complete sleep and rest at nights and we dint realize when we used to fall asleep while watching television in the room. Every morning I used to have my breakfast in the restaurant in the hotel. The restaurant was beautiful in terms of the look and the staff welcomed me inside and were polite while addressing my needs. I loved the way they treated me with respect. I enjoyed my stay of 4 days and before leaving, I was asked for my feedback and I rated them 4 out of 5 stars.

It's not good, the staff are aging and unfriendly, and it's too expensive for the kind of hotel it is.
