Homely and confortable hotel ,only 9 room but with all comforts. We are located close historical centre and stadium ,15 minutes by foot.We have a restaurant with tuscany dishes (cheap price Euro 15,00 ) .
It is the perfect choice for young customers and even the older ones too! It will suit everyone who wants to spend a few days in Florence without paying a fortune!

Liked: It is a 20-min walk to the city centre and there is a lot of fine restaurants and patisserie on the way. I stayed in a private room with shared bathroom for three night, but in fact there is a small shower and basin in the room. The room is spacious for two people and it is clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Disliked: There is no lift.

well, the staff is very helpful and nice for your questions that you raise.
And the room is also very clear but a little cold in the early morning.
The position of the hotel is not quite near to the central station at all, so you need to carry a bus there.
Anyway, the living condition there is quite good and I feel good about it.

A small, simple, but nice and clean hotel close to the city center.Helpful staff, good and cheap food. The only unpleasant thing for me: noisy street (Via Massaccio). I recommend it to all who trevel on a budget but still want a good value for the price.

Liked: One of the owners, Alessandro, is really kind and helpful!!! Its a cute, less touristy little hotel. Disliked: Lamp and TV didnt work in room, but didnt even bother to ask about them. they probably wouldve fixed the problem had i asked.

• Getting off the train station S. Maria Novella and catch the bus number 17, you wait 6 stop and arrive in Savonarola square, turn left in Buonvicini Street and you are arrived!• If you arrive at train station of Campo di Marte you straight on and at the first street u turn right and you are in Masaccio Street! Walk 8 minutes.
• With the car you take exit Florence Sud and after you look sign Stadio, hospital Mayer and you arrive easy.
