Each en-suite unit at Camdeboo Cottages has been declared a national monument. The buildings form a secluded courtyard with covered carports, a swimming pool & garden. The cottages have been lovingly restored to their former glory. Now they once again boast with yellowwood floors and reed ceilings.
A full English Breakfast or a Continental Breakfast can be served in the cottages between 7-9am or Buffet Breakfast is available on the verandah next to the swimming pool. At Camdeboo Cottages all necessary linen and towels are provided, the kitchens are fully equipped with a stove and in some cases a microwave oven. The units are also serviced daily.
Camdeboo Cottages is situated in the historical town centre of Graaff-Reinet. Cradled in a meander of the Sundays River, Graaff-Reinet is an oasis in the desolate surrounding landscape, practically every visitor remarks on its unique old-world character.
Graaff-Reinet boasts with the Valley of Desolation, which is a geographical phenomenon that has been declared a National Monument. Other highlights include, game viewing and numerous museums in town. For the more adventurous there's mountain biking & hiking routes (unfortunately no bike rental in town)

I have stayed in Camdeboo Cottages on two occasions, and found that everything was clean. We stopped over on our way to Sedgefield, and for supper we had braai's, and we swam as it was in December and very hot. If I had a chance of passing through Graaff-Reinet, I would stay at Camdeboo Cottages without a doubt.

• Camdeboo Cottages is situated in the centre of town, on the corner of Parliament Street and Bourke Street.• Directions to Camdeboo Cottages, Graaff-Reinet
• If travelling the North (Johannesburg or Bloemfontein), upon entering Graaff-Reinet proceed down Market Street, until you reach the T-junction at Uquahart House. Turn right in Somerset Street, continue straight until you reach the four-way stop. Turn left in to Church Street. Then turn right at the first street on the right, Parliament Street. Parliament Street is situated between the Drostdy Hotel and Post Office. Camdeboo Cottages is situated on your right at 16 Parliament Street.
