This is a lovely place. Clean and the guests seem considerate too. What makes it so good is Sandra! She adds lots of little touches as well as being effecient and helpful. The hostel is very central to everywhere. It is rather noisy due to the traffic, but I managed to sleep. The showers are a bit small but all the other things outweigh this.

What?

This comfortable and centric apartment is at the first floor of modernist building, with high ceilings, very representative for Barcelona's architectural style. We offer seven double rooms with shared bathrooms, while the breakfast is included in the price. Great interior design, with the renowned hexagonal tiled floor (typical of Barcelona's apartments) being very well preserved, cheerful yet functional decorations they will all make your trip to Barcelona more enjoyable.

Access to common areas: sunny and spacious living room with flat screen satellite TV and fully equipped kitchen at your disposition 24 h, no charges applicable.

Where?

AinB B&B Born-Via Laietana is ideally located right on the border between the Gothic Quarter (Barrio Gotico) and El Born (near Juame I metro station), two of the most vivid and full of cultural / tourist attractions areas in Barcelona. Port Vell, Barcelonas Port is 10 minutes away by foot, Barcelona`s Cathedral is only 2 minutes away, as well as Palau de la Musica Catalana. To reach Las Ramblas you will have to walk some 7 minutes, crossing the winding streets of the Gothic Quarter.

• FROM PRAT AIRPORT:
• 1.- Take the Aerobus until Plaza Cataluña and once there walk approximately 10 minutes to the reception.
• 2.- Take the train until Paseo de Gracia and once there the metro yellow line L4 to Jaume I.
• FROM SANTS TRAIN STATION: Take the metro blue line L5 to Verdaguer and once there switch to the yellow line L4 till Jaume I.
• FROM PASEO DE GRACIA TRAIN STATION: Take the metro yellow line L4 to Jaume I.
• FROM GIRONA AIRPORT:
• 1.- Take the Bus to Nord Station in Barcelona and once there the metro red line L1 until Urquinaona where you need to switch to the yellow line L4 and exit in Jaume I.
• DESDE EL AEROPUERTO DEL PRAT:
• 1.- Tomar el Aerobus hasta Plaza Cataluña y posteriormente caminar durante aproximadamente 10 minutos a la recepción.
• 2.- Tomar el Tren hasta Paseo de Gracia y después tomar la línea amarilla L4 de metro hasta Jaume I.
• DESDE LA ESTACIÓN DE SANTS: Tomar la línea azul L5 hasta Verdaguer en donde debe cambiar a la línea amarilla L4 y bajar en Jaume I.
• DESDE LA ESTACIÓN DE PASEO DE GRACIA: Tomar la línea amarilla de L4 de metro hasta Jaume I.
• DESDE EL AEROPUERTO DE GIRONA:
• Tomar el autobús hasta la Estación del Nord en Barcelona y una vez ahí puede tomar la línea roja de metro L1 hasta Urquinaona y cambiar a la línea amarilla L4 y bajar en Jaume I.
