It's very easy to reach the historical centre of Venice from our Hotel:
BY BUS
Bus no. 6 or 6/ leaves every 10 minutes and in about 12 minutes you arrive at Piazzale Roma, the main BUS STATION in Venice. The bus stop is only 200 metres from the Hotel. There is a night bus service (N2) leaving every hour from Venice to Marghera (at 00.51 a.m. until 04.51 a.m.). The fare is Euro 1 each way --- Euro 2 return fare.
BY TRAIN
Trains leave about every ten minutes from 5.00 a.m. until 11.48 p.m. from Mestre to Venice St. Lucia and from Venice to Mestre until midnight. The return fare is Euro 2.

I thought this hostel was very nice and clean. It's on the outside of Venice, but it's only about a five-minute bus ride to the city. The problem is the buses stop at midnight, making a night out difficult. It was very clean and nice, and I would recommend this hostel in the future.
