Feel like home
African hostel was the place you can call home for me. After long hard day of sightseeing and hassle in the streets, always come back to my home in the hostel to take rest and have some conversations with other travelers in the common room. They provide many services and they love pets (they have 2 small beautiful cats+ fish aquarium). I recommend this place for budget travelers.

It was great experience in the african -- really nice people there
We have booked three nights in a double room en-suite with a cheap price for these kinds of en-suite rooms and our room was really big and nice decoration. We had a nice day tour to pyramids and saqqara with 20 euro (very cheap) in a private car with a/c and the driver was perfect english speaking. we had really nice time in african.

Liked: I booked it only because I needed to walk to Turgoman bus station the next early morning. Therefore its location is excellent to me. Didn't like: Looks very dirty, facilities simple, the whole night mosquitoes were buzzing, annoying.

In general the place is clean with nice decorated reception.Location is central.People who are working there are so helpful and nice.They have some tours to do with rasionable prices.i recommend this place highly.
