Avalon Hotel, Paris

• The Avalon is easily accessible from Paris Métro Line 4 (purple), Line 5 (orange) and RER Line B and Line D.
• From Gare du Nord:
• Exit the station at the exit (sortie) named “Rue de Dunkerque.” Upon exiting the station take a right onto Rue de Dunkerque, stay on the right side of the street and check to see that street numbers getting higher. After about 2 minutes you will come to a large intersection with several streets (Boulevard de Magenta and Rue de Maubeuge). At this intersection, take the 3rd street to your right, the Boulevard Magenta (The first street to your left is also called Boulevard Magenta, but is the wrong direction!). Cross the boulevard, so that you’re walking on the left side of the street, and walk up to number 131-133. You’re here!
• From CDG – Aéroport Charles De Gaulle Airport:
• Take the train called RER B in the direction of Saint Rémy les Chevreuse or Robinson. Get off at the station called Gare du Nord (be sure to keep your ticket as you will need it to exit the RER). Exit the station at the exit (sortie) named “Rue de Dunkerque.” Upon exiting the station take a right onto Rue de Dunkerque, stay on the right side of the street and check to see that street numbers getting higher. After about 2 minutes you will come to a large intersection with several streets (Boulevard de Magenta and Rue de Maubeuge). • From ORLY Airport :
• Take the Orlyval shuttle to the RER B station named Anthony. There, take the RER B direction Aeroport Charles de Gaulle. Get off at the Gare du Nord station. Exit the station at the exit (sortie) named “Rue de Dunkerque.” Upon exiting the station take a right onto Rue de Dunkerque, stay on the right side of the street and check to see that street numbers getting higher. • Take the Bus to Porte Maillot (where the bus ends). Find Metro line 1 (follow the crowd, short walk). Hop on Metro Line 1 in the direction of Chateau de Vincennes and go 10 stops to Chatelet. Change to line 4 in the direction of Porte de Clignancourt for 7 stops to Gare du Nord station. Exit the station at the exit (sortie) named “Rue de Dunkerque.” Upon exiting the station take a right onto Rue de Dunkerque, stay on the right side of the street and check to see that street numbers getting higher.
