• Fast boat will be the best option to save your time. It goes directly from Padang Bai to Gili Trawangan with only 2.5 hours travel time.
• If you are not in a rush and plan to visit the Lombok main island first, you can take Public Ferry's from Padang Bai to Lembar harbor, it takes around 4 - 5 hours. After that, you can take a taxi to Bangsal port (1.5 hours) to take a public boat to Gili Trawangan (30mins)
• From Lombok:
• If you are from Lembar port, take a taxi to Bangsal port first (1.5hours). Then, take a public boat to Gili Trawangan, it takes around 30mins

• Head north from the Gili Trawangan pier for a short 750m stroll, then take a left at Blu d’a Mare onto Jalan Vila Kelapa. If you're up for a walk to get your bearings, it should take around 25-30 minutes!
