• Parque Marítimo El Coco lies 18 kilometers south of San Juan del Sur, on the route to Ostional. As you drive into San Juan del Sur you will notice a cross road leading off to your left with a sign indicating the direction of Parque Marítimo El Coco. This macadam road takes you to Parque Marítimo el Coco within half an hour. During the rainy season we recommend using a four wheel drive vehicle.
• Buses leave the Managua station at the Roberto Huembes Market for Rivas every hour.
• From Rivas you can catch the bus to Ostional at 11:30am, 3pm or 4:45pm, and you can get off this bus just in front of the Parque Marítimo El Coco.
• Same goes for the buses leaving for Ostional from San Juan del Sur, leaving at 1pm, 4pm and 5:30pm.
