• You can get there by bus:
• We have the Premium option, which we consider the best: Bus number 2018. It gets you from the airport and heads to Alvorada. It costs 14 BRL; they accept cash and you don't need to have exact change. You'll enjoy their WIFI and air-con services during your journey. You'll have to get off at Av. Vieira Souto (you can ask the driver to drop you at Posto 9, Ipanema). You'll be walking along the Vinicius de Morais Street, about 400 mts, until you get to Barão de Jaguaripe Street, where you will turn left, walk about 25 mts, on your left hand side, right next to the Gym 'Smart Fit' you'll find us.
• On working days, the bus starts running at 5.30 and goes until midnight every half hour. During the weekends and holidays, the last one leaves the airport at 23.40, and its runs every 40 minutes.
• You can also get there by taxi:
• If it's a few people you're coming with, this might be the most suitable option for you. It is quicker. You should go by the taximeter, do not negotiate, because you'll end up paying more. From the Galeão International Airport (GIG) it should be around 80 BRL, and from Santos Dumont Domestic Airport (SDU), it should be around 40 BRL.
• If you use UBER, from GIG it'll cost you around 40 BRL and from SDU, 25 BRL.
