• From Airport:
• BUS:Bus #29 leaves from end of international terminal (airport bus stop #47222) every 30 minutes and takes about 30 minutes to the city (cost per adult $8.50 one way) – ask driver to get off at corner of Gloucester Street and Manchester Street and walk back 50 metres (we are the big grey building). No need to change buses! Bus service operates from approximately 6am until 10 or 11 pm. Or take Purple bus from Airport to Central Bus Exchange and walk 8 minutes to Urbanz (see directions from Bus Station below). Same cost and times.
• SHUTTLE:Shuttle bus transfers are available from Christchurch airport. Expect to pay between NZ$24-NZ$30 one way (cheaper for two people). Travel time is approximately 20-30 minutes. To make bookings go to www.supershuttle.co.nz
• TAXI:Taxi services are available from Christchurch airport. Expect to pay between NZ$50-NZ$60. Travel time is approximately 20 minutes.
• By car, driving time is approximately 20 minutes.
• From Bus Station – all local and long distance buses:
• Urbanz is less than a 10 minute walk from Central Bus Exchange. Leave north side of exchange (behind Intercity office) and turn right on Lichfield Street for one block and turn left on Manchester St for four blocks (we are the big grey building).
• From Train Station:
• Shuttles or taxis available. Approximately 10 minutes.
• Or you can walk through the shopping centre to Blenheim Road (5 minutes) and catch a local bus into the Central Bus Exchange. Urbanz is less than 10 minute walk from there (see above).
