• when you arrive at Number 30 Chatsworth Road NW2 4BS please phone the head office phone number 0208 459 6203 and one of our lovely staff members will come to the hostel and check you in.
• This service is only between the hours of 11am to 5:30pm Monday to Saturday. and on Sunday from 11am to 3:30pm
• If you arrive outside the check in times then you must check your email address that you used to book this hostel and there will be details of how to check your self in and pick your keys up.. please phone the office to find out more information...
