Description

Opened in 2002, YHA Wells-next-the-sea is an imaginative conversion of a church hall built in 1914. Opposite the Parish church on a quiet road in the southern part of the town within easy reach of shops, restaurants, pubs and the bustling harbour of Wells. 31 beds in 9 rooms, 5x4, 3x3, 1x2. One of the three bed rooms is ensuite and has a mobility 2 rating on the National Accessible Scheme. It has a well stocked self catering kitchen, a cheerful dining area to seat 20 and three public lounges, one with TV. Unaccompanied under 14's are not allowed to stay.
