Rooms and Bathrooms
The hostel offers both private rooms and shared dorms, all of them with their own private -- though small -- bathroom. Shared dorms sizes vary between six and ten people, providing both air conditioning and fans for those hot Australian summer nights. Their beds are comfortable and the socket availability is very convenient, making it easy to charge your phone overnight.
Common Spaces
The common open areas are one of the main attractions from Backpackers Resort. Its hall space, right next to reception, works as a chilling/working spot with multiple sofas, desktop computers, and charging points. Past the hall, you find the hostel's inner patio, its heart and meeting site. In this space we find the hostel bar, open from 5 to 10 p.m. and offering both drinks and delicious food, including a five-minute (monstrous) burger challenge for the voracious eater, with plenty of tables to sit, talk, and meet other travelers. You will find as well its fantastic pool, a basketball court, and a (not for free!) pool table.
