We are a small family run hotel,which we have only just renovated ,and are sure you will be most satisfied with..All rooms have private balcony,and bath, t.v mini-bar and a/c (included in price) .We also serve breakfast at our restaurant or on the terrace. The sunsets are fantastic!! We offer rooms from 1-4 persons.There is also one studio with kitchenette available with a greatt balcony avalable for 3-4 people.
For those with toddlers please ask for a baby-park (cot). no charge for kiddies under 6.
We are ideally situated on the beach,in the quieter side of Parikia where most hotels are. Livadia beach is an all weather favourite,.with calm, crystal clear waters,and a few laid back cafes in the background. The main town is a 5min walk from the hotel where one can enjoy shopping, in the maze of beautiful whitewashed streets, visit the unbelievable byzantine church of 100 domes,or stroll along the busy promenade of bars and cafes.,in the evening. There are lots to do here, so just let us know what you're into and we'll give you the best info to help you get around .

We are located just 400m from the town center, the central bus station and the port. Upon arriving to the port you turn left. All you need to do is walk along the waterfront toward Livadia beach, for about five minutes and you'll run straight into us!! Look for the first beach and row of trees.
