The garden completely surround our B&B, let free the house in all direction, a peace corner brightening up from the colours of the flowers and from the green spaces, where is possible to have breakfast in the summer-mornings, or catch the sun in the sunny's days.

So that you can have an unforgettable vacation in Sardinia and that you feel comfortable during your stay in our island, we have opened the doors of our house to you. In the beginning, we liked the idea of having people from all over the world come to change our daily routines. Then, getting to know different cultures and sharing their experiences was finally what motivated us to devote all of our energy to this project.
At the first stage the Standard zone composed by 3 rooms, 2 doubles and a twin room with bath to share, and the Superior zone composed by 2 doubles and a twin, with private bathroom. On the ground floor there is a breakfast room, the office used as a reception and our Junior Suite with private bath.
All rooms are equipped with Air conditioning/heating systems, TV Colour, minibar, 4 have private bath, 3 have shared bath.
Easy to reach by car, by train or by bus, 13 Km far away from Cagliari-airport, and 7km from Decimomannu-airport.
Few minuts from the archeological site of Nora and from the wonderfull beaches of Pula, Chia or Capo Spartivento.

UTA is a town of the low campidano the whose economy in past was based on agriculture, in the last times one sure increase of takeovers on its territory, industries and factory are growing in the Industrial area of Macchiareddu. The population is of approximately 7000 inhabitants, far away 2/3 km from Assemini and Decimomannu and 18 km from Cagliari. In this location in 1986 the W.W.F has realized the important oasis faunistica of Arcosu mountain, a territory of 40 kmq in order to create one protect area in which safeguarding the last exemplary of the Sardinian red deer. Famous for the beautiful church of Saint Maria, built up in the second half of XII century like monastero from the Benedictines of Saint Vittore of Marseilles said also Vittorini. Realized in limestone stone, it is one of the more important buildings in Romanesque style of the island, probably the last one erected from the Vittorini after basilica of Saint Saturno of Cagliari. To remember also the church of Saint Giusta, in center and that one of Saint Lucia who rises to the Monte Arcosu feet.
