Located in the North-Eastern coast of Sardinia Residence Marineledda is located 15 km from Olbia, exactly Marana resort, Gulf of Marinella, (so it is called the beach) is a bay of crystal clear waters, located a few kilometers from Porto Rotondo, alternating small sandy coves and rocks, consists of groups of two-story buildings surrounded by greenery. The apartments and rooms, located about 150 mt. from the sea, surround the pool and the little square where there are many amenities and common areas. The residence is made up of groups of multi-family houses to one or two floors, 30 double rooms, inserted harmoniously into the surrounding by green lawns and flowering gardens, the Mediterranean, the unique characteristics of the province of Olbia-Tempio, the historical region of Gallura.
