Surrounded by argan trees, where cars are replaced by donkeys, horses and camels you can calm down and enjoy magnificent views.

We offer clean rooms with nice sea views. The 2 terraces provide the opportunity to relax or share experiences with other travellers.

'Casa al vent' is defined in 3 words: Simplicity, light and calm.

Far from cold hotel concepts, just behind the beach, 'casa al vent' has a kitchen, wash-machine, fridge.... Artists, surfers and travellers spend long periods here!

You can have breakfast (natural juice, salad, omelette with vegetables, crepes, coffee....) in 'cafe al vent' in front of the beach with amazing views!
'café Al vent' wants to offer meals nearby the senses, where the ingredients are part of the daily life and landscape of Sidi Kaouki.

Fish and seafood come from local fishermen who leave daily to work.

Also our meat comes from chicken, goats and cows grazing freely in this lovely area, and vegetables are chosen according to the season, always prioritizing the closer ones. Besides you can eat paella with lobster in front of the ocean, or some tagine of Sidi Kaouki's goat, always accompanied by good music.

• Sidi kaouki is a small Berber fishing village 30 km from Essaouira. Some of its beaches are among the mythical for surfers. There are several places where you can rent a surfboard, equipment for kite or wind surf.
• Surrounded by argan trees, Sidi Kaouki is an oasis of peace between camels, goats and donkeys and neon lights are replaced by the starry sky.
• There are some water falls just 15 kilometres from Sidi Kaouki. You can rent horses or camels to make an amazing excursion around the beach.
• If you arrive from the airport of Essaouira, just 15 km. 25 km from Essaouira and 180 km from Marrakech or Agadir
• You can take public bus in Essaouira: 40 min trip or taxi in the same street ( Bab Doukkala).
• .You find Casa Al Vent if you follow the road on the left of the bus parking in Sidi Kaouki and turn into the first street on the left. Go straight on about 400 meters passing the hotels Blue Kaouki and Rebali Riad. To your left you can already see Casa Al Vent, the alley on the left at the junction leads you to us. Welcome!
• Should there be no in the house, please drop in the Cafe Al Vent, which can be found at the promenade after approximately 500 m in front of the beach or ask for Victor.
