Paulista Avenue is the commercial city centre with the best shops, fancy restaurants, and hotels. In the city centre, you should visit Bixiga for the best restaurants and nightlife; Liberdade, which is a kind of local Chinatown; and Vale do Anhangabau, which is a beautiful square that is worth seeing. Mountain Pico do Jaragua is the highest point in the city that gives you an amazing view of the landscapes from the top.
São Paulo has a lot to offer, like good shops, cafes, book stores, and fancy restaurants. São Paulo is also a city rich in culture and events, so during your stay try to book a theater or a music show –- it's really worth it.
