Situated just a kilometre from Paje on the Jambiani Road, Demani's lush garden and easy access to the beach are topped off by flexible budget accommodation options with doubles, both ground floor and with balcony, singles, 4 bed room and traditional dorm rooms, and now also doubles and triples with private bathroom!
The rooms are made of different material and we have bandas (bungalows made out of palm leaves), concrete rooms and wooden rooms. All of the rooms are featured with comfortable beds, mosquito nets and fans. The shared bathrooms are newly renovated and nice and clean with tiles everywhere. All prices includes our fresh and delicious breakfast with seasonal fruits, home made bread, eggs the way you want them, coffee, tea and fresh juice.
Demani's easy vibes and fresh ocean breeze keep things cool after days of Zanzibari adventuring. Take a dip in our newly built swimming pool, relax and maybe enjoy reading your book in the hammock, feast on the restaurant's offerings, a host of local delights fresh from the ocean and have a drink in the bar while meeting people doing the same as you: traveling, relaxing and enjoying :) Our bar can offer a wide range of soft and alcoholic drinks and the kitchen offers delicious food satisfying most people :)

• Dala dala: 309 to Jambiani. Ask to be dropped off outside Demani Lodge.
• Or any dala dala to Paje, and ask to get dropped off in Paje junction.
