• By car from the Cancun airport, take Route 307 South for 35-40 minutes. STAY IN CENTER LANES IF POSSIBLE. This is the only tricky part of driving in this area.
• The highway is set up with a local access on the far edge, with the through lines in the center, but they tend to go in and out without much warning.
• You will pass the Puerto Morelos area at the halfway point. About 20 minutes later, you will go through the Playa del Carmen overpass. You will see a sign for Av CTM.
• Take a left down this avenue. Keep going until you get to 25th avenue. Take a U-turn. Between avenues 25 and 30.
• There is a house between the motobike repair shop and the Quesadilla place. Look for the bright red gate. The Studio is located behind the red gate.
• From the bus station get a taxi and say calle 46 (also known as Avenue CTM) between avenues 25 and 30. There is a house between the motobike repair shop and the Quesadilla place. Tip: if you walk a few blocks away from the bus station and pick up a taxi which is moving, it will be cheaper for you (around 25 pesos is the regular price)
• For those who like walking come out of the bus station (on 5th av) and turn left. Keep walking down the pedestrianised street until you come to Calle 46 (also known as avenue CTM) cross the road and turn left keep walking up this street until you pass avenue 25.

• Walking time is approx 30 mins from the bus station as long as you don't get too distracted by the shops on 5th av!!
